I'm sorry to say that Being People is on hiatus while I work on other big life events!

I'm a HRD who relishes the human bits. The bits that are a bit wonky, confusing, messy, and need sorting out. I love working with start-ups and scale-ups who have genuine, perplexing people problems, and want to bring some new ideas, and work on exciting projects.

If you're a founder who is looking for some one on one, or ongoing advice with your leadership team, but cannot yet afford or justify an in-house VP People, then I'd love to hear from you.
